Original artworks usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days for domestic shipment (France and European Union) and within 7 to 14 business days for international shipment, depending on the destination outside the European Union and the time it takes to clear custom.
No additional tax for E.U. customers.
United States & Canada : Art San Gallery ensures that original artworks are shipped to the U.S. & Canada duty-free under Harmonized Tariff Codes 9701 (paintings, drawings, pastels) and 9703 (sculptures). The U.S. does not charge import duties or VAT on these items, allowing for smooth customs clearance without extra fees. Your purchase will arrive classified correctly for a seamless experience.
Seamless U.K., Japan, and Switzerland Imports – Original artworks are shipped duty-free under Harmonized Tariff Codes 9701 (paintings, drawings, pastels) and 9703 (sculptures). Art San Gallery covers VAT and customs duties for U.K., E.U., Japan, and Switzerland customers, ensuring a smooth, tax-free purchasing experience.
Additional customs and tax charges may be applied to international orders for countries not listed above. These fees are beyond our control and are charged by your local customs office. Return request for original artwork (One of a kind art piece) must be submitted fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. Retun requests received outside the stated return period will not be accepted. Return shipment must include the Certificate of authenticity received with the order. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing and funds will be remitted in Euro. Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped or altered in any capacity after purchase.
