Return policy & Shipping

Original artworks usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days for domestic shipment (France and European Union) and within 10 to 14 business days for international shipment, depending on the destination outside the European Union and the time it takes to clear custom. Additional customs and tax charges may be applied to international orders outside the European Union. These fees are beyond our control and are charged by your local customs office. Customs policies vary significantly from country to country. Therefore, please check directly with your local customs office to see if duties and taxes apply to your purchases.

Return request for original artwork (One of a kind art piece) must be submitted seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. Retun requests received outside the stated return period will not be accepted. Return shipment must include the Certificate of authenticity received with the order. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing and funds will be remitted in Euro. Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped or altered in any capacity after purchase.
